Is a method of psychotherapy that focuses on a Goal Directed approach to find solutions to problems.
Person Centred
The notion that people are inherently motivated and have the capacity for growth, development and self-actualization.

Gestalt therapy is a form of psychotherapy that is centered on increasing a person's awareness, freedom, and self-direction.
Compassion Centred
Assisting clients to develop new skills that reduce self criticism and shame and learn to be kinder to oneself and others.
CBT
CBT is based on the concept that your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and actions are interconnected, and that negative thoughts and feelings can trap you in a negative cycle.
