Helen O'Brien, Psychotherapist
I provide a professional counselling service in a safe and welcoming environment. My practice is set in the idyllic countryside surrounded by a beautiful garden, just outside Clonmel, Co Tipperary. On entry through the garden clients can have the opportunity to pause and feel the benefits of nature and take in the beauty of their surroundings.
My aim as a fully Accredited Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapist is to help you to focus on exploring your issues, to help you gain a clearer understanding of the problematic issues, feelings and emotions that concern you, and offer a confidential, non-judgemental and holistic approach, to assist you to resolve your difficulties. I sincerely believe that our therapeutic relationship is paramount to the healing process. I also consider the therapeutic work sacred and a privilege to accompany another on their healing journey.
Experience & Qualifications

I have 18 years of experience working both in my private practice and also working in collaboration with the HSE in various counselling services, such as Self Harm Intervention. Bereavement for Acute Traumatic Deaths, and Counselling in Primary Care. I now provide these sevices in Clonmel, Co Tipperary.

I am a fully accredited member of the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy.
